At Epstein theatre we adhere to a code of conduct and want you to love the theatre as much as we do. Please read our terms and conditions below to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience with us!


The use of photography and filming is strictly prohibited within the auditorium unless otherwise instructed. Failure to comply with this request could result in you being asked to leave without a refund from the venue.
The venue also reserves the right to request you delete any images or film taken.


Refunds will not be issued for any tickets unless the event is cancelled, postponed or material changes are made to the event.
Exchanges are at the Box Office discretion and will only be exchanged for another performance of the same production at a cost of 50p per ticket, 24 hours notice is required.


Tickets must be presented to gain entrance to the bar and foyer area of the venue. At the discretion of the Box Office, lost tickets will be replaced at a cost of £1 pet ticket subject to proof of purchase and ID.


E-Tickets must be printed off and presented at the venue. If you do not have your printed E-Ticket, the venue Box Office can reprint this at a cost of £1 per ticket subject to proof of purchase and ID.


As a venue we include a £1 per ticket restoration levy on all ticket prices. The levy goes towards restoring and maintaining this beautiful grade II listed building.


Every effort will be made to admit latecomers as soon as a suitable break in the show occurs, but admission is not guaranteed.


Food and drink not purchased on the premises will not be permitted in to the venue. We reserve the right to carry out bag searches upon arrival at the theatre. Any products found will be confiscated and the customer will have the option to reclaim these products upon exit.
Drinks purchased in Brian's Bar can be taken into the auditorium in plastic glasses provided. Snacks purchased at our tuck shop are permitted within the auditorium.
